Rick,
First check the software setup for your monitor. Got to start, settings,
control panel and click on the display tab. In settings click on advanced
and see if it is configured correctly.
One other thing to consider is that the screen driver card may be
defective. New cards are very inexpensive so get a new one. That may fix
your problem.
