hi there,not much info on what or why its not downloading,what is it doing,
not to let u download, or what error mesage is it given,??and there are some
people out there that aint out to get that arm and leg as some say lol.!!

For some time, I have been unable to download files from the internet. How
can I fix this problem, without reformatting my hard drive or taking my
tower to someone and pay quite a sum of money to fix it for me? I'd
