Hi Rob,

Delete one or the other of the anti virus programs.  You should NEVER
have more then one anti virus software on your computer.  Although both
the programs have the same function, the drivers for each conflict with
each other.  For instance, a Ford motor and a Chevy motor.  Both have the
same function but a Ford motor will not run in a Chevy and vice versa.
