Your wallpaper choices should be in your "Windows" directory as
"Bitmap Image" files.  You will see "Netscape Wallpaper" there and
can delete it, as well as the others you don't want.

You possibly hit your right mouse button, while in Netscape, and
inadvertently selected the "set as wallpaper" option.
