Need an assist 

Have purchased the new version on Norton.....Old version does not have the uninstall utility for some reason and can not load the new version without first uninstalling the old.

The only thing I have been able to find involves going into the Registry and manually uninstalling every reference.  A very detailed and time consuming task and way over my head.

Has anyone encounted this and found a solution for uninstalling the 2001 version?  

Any help sincerely appreciated.
