I get them too. The last one I got had a subject of: Actions for the
Blaster Worm - Special Edition, Inside Office;  and was sent to me
because "You are receiving this message because you are a Microsoft
newsletter subscriber. Please print this page for your reference.

The letter contained many links to patches for blaster for various MS
OS's and links to Antivirus products. I think Microsoft was trying to help.
