A friend recently has noticed that whenever she is reading her e-mail from Outlook Express, it jumps somehow and will delete two e-mails instead of the one she just read.  She is finding lots of her unread e-mails in the deleted item box.  This morning she watched it carefully, and had to go to the deleted box to read 6 e-mails that it deleted by itself.  What is going on and how would I go about helping her?
