For _country_ codes http://www.iana.org/cctld/cctld-whois.htm
but this excludes .com .edu and others can be find at
http://www.iana.org/gtld/gtld.htm

If this links not work type to any searsh enginee
"top-level domain suffixes" with or without quots and it gives you
zillions webpages.
