Try right-clicking the X, then in the dialogue box click ``show picture''.
Sometimes it works-- and sometimes it doesn't. Don Hoyt

Subject: [PCSOFT] No picture/Red X

Ocassionally when I view a web page, or even more rare when I receive an
email attachment, there is a red X inside a square where a picture should
be.
Anyone know why that is and how to correct it.
Windows 98SE and MS Internet Explore and Outlook Express 6.0
Thanks, Jim
