I thought this had been discussed before but I couldn't find it in the Archives.

A friend of mine is running Win 95.  Each time she boots up all the icons on her desktop
rearrange themselves,
she says there is no particular order, their just scrambled and she has to put them all
back where she wants them.

Does anyone know how to make this stop???
