This parameter is set in the msdos.sys file located in C:\. Under Windows,
right-click for it's properties and uncheck the Read Only box. Then open it
in Notepad and look for BootMenu=1. Change that value to 0. Or, in DOS, at
C:\, type "attrib -h -r msdos.sys"; then "edit msdos.sys" (omitting
quotation marks). Now, if at times you want those menu options back, hit
the F8 key when you see the "Windows is now starting" message to call it up.
Remember to write-protect the file once again when finished editing (check
the read-only box once again if in Windows, or attrib +h +r in DOS).
