Dave, did it have 'System Properties' at the very  top of that window you 
just mentioned or did it have 'Local Disk (C)  Properties'?  Perhaps you can type 
in TOOLS in your search and see where  it's listed and if there is none, 
Peter is right about his note at the bottom  here.  I went to find what you were 
talking about, so I went to  Control Panel, clicked on System and those you 
mentioned came up there.  My  XP Home edition is different, I suppose.  Harriet

I have XP home w/SP2 and all updates also and when I right click on My  
Computer, and select properties, the only tabs I get are General, Computer  
Name, Hardware, Advanced, System Restore, Automatic Updates, and  Remote.  I 
don't see a tab for Tools.  What am I missing or doing  wrong?
