Hi,

Running Windows Me on a machine at home.. Having a little problem.. I can't
access the regedit anymore. giving me a error that it's disabled by the
system operator, but i'm that. How can i enable it again. Under Safe mode
it's gives the same problem and even when i lock in as the system operator.
