Domestic CD players won't usually play computer music. They are in
different formats.

The computer music is probably MP3. This is a form unknown to most older
domestic CD players.

The files would have to be converted to the format used by the domestic
player. There are many conversion programs available for this. I don't know
how good they are musically.  MP3 is much compressed anyway, so won't sound
quite as good for serious listening as regular music CD's. But that depends
on the quality of your domestic playback sound system. On a small
"3-in-one" you probably won't hear any significant difference.
