I'm a few days behind on the list and you may have a remedy by now.  If you

I like Paintshop Pro.  It's powerful, but not as complex as Photoshop.  You

Hi.  I am trying to edit some old newspapers I scanned to put on the web.
Some have had tape on them and I wodnered if there was photo editing
software - not too expensive - that would allow me to remove the tape and
not hurt the text?

The above 2 were suggested to me.  Does anyone have either of these and
would know if such editing is possible?
