Hello!
I followed a "tip" on a site within the past month or so regarding 
"including message in reply".  For the life of me I can't find a way to get 
rid of this, since I don't like it.  Sometimes you like to see part of a 
question, etc. answered in the reply (usually see this with a blue line 
running down the side of the verbage).  Can you help?  I have gone back to 
"tools, options, send and made sure that the phrase was unchecked.  Done 
this many times, even to the extent of shutting down my computer and 
rebooting for it to take effect, but it hasn't.
