Hello,

After carefully watching my system for the past 6-8 weeks, I have found a
definite pattern.

EVERY time my system does something wierd -- like the tab key suddenly
becoming
a program close operation, or programs displaying error messages that say my
system
is low on RAM (or resouces), but then continuing to function just fine.....

In each and every case, when I CTRL+ALT+DEL, WINMGMT is in the list.
A search of the MS support web site results in almost nothing. There was
one
lone article that made a VERY brief mention about this program and I got the
sense that there is some kind of relationship to ME's PCHEALTH -- although
it is not part of PCHEALTH.

Repeated checks of the Task List when the machine is running fine show that
this
program is NOT in the listing..

Can anyone shed more light on what this thing is/does?
