When you click the CHANGE ICON button, you should see the path and
filename for the currently assigned icon.
Many programs store thier own icons in the executable (*.exe) others
store the icons in a *.dll file. Windows 95 has a collection of icons
in several different files, some of them are in: c:\windows\pifmgr.dll,
c:\windows\moricons.dll, and c:\windows\progman.exe.
