I am going to wait a while (3 to 6 months) to let MS work out the bugs which
are already showing up. I'm happy to let other hardy souls try it first. If
I haven't needed it so far since I've installed all the other updates, I can
wait a while. You can get a free CD from MS rather than doing an extended
download.

I'm looking at a 5-hours plus download on MicroSoft's Service Pack 2.  What
happens if I don't install it?  Is it something everyone has to eventually
have?  If so, I'm going to start my download at 10PM and pray there is no
disconnect on my dial-up connection out here in the country.
