Something started happening today that I do not understand. When I start certain programs such as "System Restore" or "Add/Remove Programs" the program starts and opens a window. But when I move my cursor to the window, the window closes immediately. I'm sure this is some kind of virus or something. Can anyone help me get this fixed? I ran anti-virus software but nothing showed up. Perhaps something changed a setting in my registry? Anyway, if anyone knows how to fix this I'd sure be grateful to hear from you.
