Yes, Its called preinstallation and if you buy the OEM 5 pack from an
authorized distributor you will get complete instructions on the
preinstallation process. It is suggested you contact Microsoft to get
qualified in their system builder program if you regularly build PCS, it is
a very easy process and you can find all the information needed on the
Microsoft web site www.microsoft.com the process of getting approved is
simple and easy...
