My brother has a Gateway 2000 computer. He has both Netscape 4.0 & IE 4.0
loaded on his Win 95 system. Recently he began recieiving this message
whenever he boots or reboots his system:

"Cannot find a divice file that may be needed to run Windows or a Windows
application.

The windows registry or SYSTEM.INI file refers to this device file, but the
device file no longer exists.

If you deleted this file on purpose, try uninstalling the associated
application using its uninstall or setup program.

If yhou still want to use the application associated with this device file,
try reinstalling that application to replace the missing file.

mswebsp.vxd
Press a key to continue"

He has reloaded both IE & Netscape with no luck. Any help would be
appreciated. If more info is needed for this problem, please let me know.
