I have been running W2K rc2 on a 64mb 200mz machine
for months.  It runs FAST (including MS IE).  It was
installed over Win 98.  NO problems.

I also installed W2K over Win 98 on my Gateway laptop.
It is also fast with NO problems (other than some driver
'fixes' on the install.)
