  I am sorry list. I just hit the reply button and assumed that my reply was
going to the list but I simply sent it to Jim Meagher. Below is the fix for
my problem.

You were right Jim. They do do things strange. I went to the web to contact
support and I found a trouble shooting page with a section on the dialer.
The reason I couldn't find a box was because under the network options where
you change this, it was grayed out, and you couldn't see or change anything
until after you checked a box saying to remove the defaults. All is well
now. Thank you.
