Greetings--

Following on to Mr. Vandervoort's post, holding down the control key and pressing "a" will select all files (or folders) in any given folder, the tip from Mr. Vandervoort will work for any contiguous group of files, and holding the control key while clicking the left mouse button (one time) on each file you'd like to copy/transfer will select a non-contiguous group of files or folders.

Hold the shift key while clicking the first and last files in your list.
All the files in between will be selected.

In my early days computing someone showed me a way to click 2 keys which
would
capture a huge lot of files for transfer. I've forgotten how to do it.
Can someone help me
learn it again?  Thank you,  Al Smith
