Hello experts,
I read every digest that comes daily, and know that this was discussed before.  I run into difficulty doing a search for past topics.
I needed a form from the IRS so went online.  I was informed that my version of Adobe Acrobat reader wouldn't allow all of it to print.  So I downloaded Acrobat 6.0 (running WIN98SE) and now when I request the form number, I get that little box with a red square, a blue square and a blue triangle in it.
I save a lot of the emails with solutions, but never thought I would need the advice on how to get a pdf image back.
I have asked for a .pdf attachment to an email, and told my computer to open PDF files with the "new" Acrobat Reader...but IRS form 8853 still wont come up for me.
Can you help?
