Kathleen,

To enable the content advisor, your son would have had to provide the same
password twice. The easiest way to solve your problem would be to coax that
password from him. Then supply your own new password to prevent this from
happening again. If you cannot jog his memory, you can use 'regedit' to view
the password he used. However, I'm not certain of the correct procedure for
doing this, but I'm sure someone else on the list must be. Good luck.
