Hi Beverly
I'm a litle late but apparently nobody could help you. I use and strongly
recommend the program vcdeasy from
www.vcdeasy.org
It used to be freeware but the author has to eat so now he'll charge a
small amount (20 $ or 15 € for a lifetime license). It's worth it. It will
burn your pictures to an ordinary recordable CD which can be played in your
DVD-player, so you don't even need a DVD-recorder. (By the way you do not
use jpg directly, the format has to be changed to mpeg or mpg but the
program takes care of this quite automatically).
Best greetings and HTH
Gunnar

These are the days in which even the mildly critical individual is likely
to seem like a lion in contrast with the general mood... when the man of
controversy is looked upon as a disturbing influence; when originality is
taken as a sign of instability; and when... the bland lead the bland. --
