I have a new computer. Dell, that runs Windows XP with SP2. Everytime that  I
sign on the internet, I can go to a web sites home page but everytime I  try
to click on a link in the site or go to the checkout screen I get this error
message. I know that there is something not set right on computer but I  don't
know what to do to fix it.
