As she has FAT32 you can boot
with Win98 boot disk and see
files but
Administrator profile is
deleted so you need some
undelete tool and very
probably
also some data recovery tool.
I have used EasyRecovery from
Ontrack but possibly
freeware Drive Rescue is
enough

(never used so far). There is
EasyRecovery trial allows
recover 5 files at on boot.
