I have previously posted this probelm on previous occasions but did not
get any response. Here is an update on the problem and what I have done
about it:
Printer is connected via com2 to a pentium / NT4S. It only prints very
small (2 pages of text only - no graphics , regular fonts). Anything
larger goes throuth the 'spooling' cycle and then gets purged. The
printer works well on other OSs(MAC, NeXT, Windows95).
Eventually, I contacted MS Support, they could not give me an answer
but did promise to get back the next day after they had a chance t
reproduce the scenario. That was a week ago. I did not hear back. I have
tried 'direct printing' and a couple of other options with little
success.
Any help, opinions welcomed.
From the recent posts, it appears someone else has a similar issue - I
did not keep track of the thread or the originator.
