Hi Jeanne,
 There is a trick to this. Create folders in your new Outlook Express with the exact same names as the ones on your floppy. Close OE and find where it stores your dbx files. Replace the dbx files with the OLD dbx files from your floppy. The next time you open OE, your folders should have all your previous emails in them.
