Registry cleaning utilities have been known to cause similar problems.
Sec.3, No.17 at http://www.ufaq.org/ it might provide a fix. It entails
registry editing. Hopefully, if this works, the Drafts Folder problem
will be solved too as I've not seen that. Netscape saves mail as plain
text, look in C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\<your name>\Mail and see
if anything turns up. Open with Note/Wordpad. Perhaps a word about
backing up critical files is in order? ;-)
