I have several problems with my computer that may or may not all be from
stemming back to two files missing. The system locks up on me quite often
which requires re-booting.
In the past two months or so, while running Norton WinDoctor I'm being told
that I'm missing
"C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\0701\Intel32
\DotNetInstall" cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll"
and most recently when I turn the system on, I'm shown that I'm missing a
necessary file "QDCSPI.DLL".
I'm running Quicken Premier 2004 and IE6. I have uninstalled Quicken and
reinstalled it and I still get the same warnings. In thinking back, I think
perhaps most of the problems may have started when I downloaded IE6. The
computer most often locks up when I'm using Quicken and link through to the
web.
