Some times IE needs to be repaired and if you are running WIN98 you can
click Start,Programs,Accessories,System Information,then click on the tools
(at the top) then click on Internet Explorer Repair Tool and a box will show
up and then check repair or add a component and it will go to work. This
takes care of the most common problems with IE5.xx
