I have been trying to learn basic HTML by sending jpg, gif, etc in HTML
email and have been partly successful.  The text will appear, but the pics
will not.....just a red x.  I'm assuming that the pic cannot be found, but
when I attach the pic the email program (outlook express) just shows the pic
and no text.  Looking at some successful text and pics there is a section of
ascii that appears to be the pic.  How does one do this, or it beyond the
"basic" html commands?  My simple html file is:

<title>Test</title>
</head>

<body>
<h3>What do we see?</h3>
<p align=center><img src="pigs.gif">
</body>
</html>

This works as long as the file is in the same space as the pic.
