Best if You have password reset disk. But
has OP needed to ask then I think that
she don't have.
There is some utilities what replace old
password with empty password. One is
Offline NT password & Registry editor.
Worked at least with WinXP SP1 - I don't
have intentions to test with SP2 unless it is
indispensable.

There is some others but this is free.
Some shareware (not all) and freeware
utils seems to based to it.
