In addition to all of the .idx and .mbx files, there is another file called
(if memory serves, I no longer use Outlook Express) folders.nch. If you
remove this file from the folder, OE will rebuild the folders list. You will
have to rename them all from within OE, however, as it will just call them
Folder 1, etc., but this should be easy enough. Details are on the Microsoft
site.
