Move all messages you want to save to a single folder that you have made.
This should be folder4 in the directory where your mail is saved by default.
make the same folder on the machine you want the email to be transfered to.
Copy the folder4.idx & folder4.mbx files to diskette.  Copy to the new
machine, replacing existing files.  This should work if you have not added
any new folders
