This happened to me, I tried all my tricks and was unsuccessful - I found a
page on Microsoft Knowledgebase that said if you cannot see the OK tab, I
believe it was either Alt+A or Ctrl+A key combination that does the same thing
as pressing the OK tab - if neither of these works, close the Display tab,
reopen it, choose the display setting you want then press Enter - the OK tab is
probably allready highlighted, it is just out of your site. Good Luck.
