Does anyone know if there is an organization or site to report this sort of

abuse (Spam Police?) or do these guys just do as they wish with no worries
of
repercussions?

Phil - I think the best bet is to report to our email server. I had this
problem a few years back, and called AOL. Whatever they did, it was stopped.
Probably their tech knew how to trace back to the offender. It is my
understanding offenders can be black-balled from their server - which they deserve.
