When I click on Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools in Windows 98
(original edition), there is no listing for System Information. I'm sure
that it was there before, and I'm puzzled about it's absence.

I can still access the utility by typing msinfo in the Run line. But so far
I haven't figured out why it isn't listed.

Also I haven't been able to identify this utility in the Windows folder.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
