There is an absolutely excellent and FREE zip/unzip program called ZipFree
2000 available on ZDNet downloads at this URL . . .

I think it's one of the easiest and intuitive interfaces for the casual user
of any such utility I've seen. It will also integrate in your right click
Windows Explorer menu.
