I have no experience with the  Microsoft ISP...= MSN.
  I know there are  specific MSN software and web areas but is it as
proprietary as AOL ? What is different about it from AOL?

Must you use a software interface to connect? Do you have to install MSN
software on every PC you want to connect from.....or can you plug in the
DUN numbers ...user and password .....and then connect like you would from
most ISPs.

Is there a well established national network like there is for AOL or
Earthlink ?

Once connected can you use third party email programs like Eudora ?

Any other comments positive or negative appreciated.
