I am running windows Vista 64 bit.

I have a problem with a program I installed once and it cause windows to some how block Google Chrome on startup.    I un installed the program and after many times of arguing with the company they claim it didn't happen cause of their software.   I know have to look at the box every few minutes that tells me that windows is blocking a program at startup.   If I run it anyway it just locks up the computer and never does anything.   I can and do start Google browser off the task bar and never have a problem except this annoying window....  so how can I get rid of this window without disabling the uac option....   User Account Control????
