It sounds like you are running both programs, either at the
same time or alternately...  No matter...
If you do not want any mail getting into OUTLOOK, set it
to not pick up mail... (Or at least set it to leave all mail on the server.)

Set MSOE to pick up the mail and delete it from the server...

Any of the above should solve what-ever problems you are having...
