My first reaction would be to change the locks on the doors.  To block
access
to the PC, you will need third party software such as Fortress or WinLock.
*OR* does the case have a keylock? If so, that will disable the keyboard
and mouse input.

If the computer is not turned on, then it can't answer the phone.

However, if for some reason the PC must be left on, then you should
change the password in the dial up networking server configuration.
Open the DUN folder, click on the CONNECTIONS menu option, select
the server option and change the password __OR__ just set it to
NO CALLER ACCESS.
