Yes, apparently it is, glad it works for you.

I say 'apparently' because I'm somewhat gun-shy when it comes to joining
things, or subscribing to things, on the internet, tending instead to avoid
such arrangements like a disease.

This might be paranoid but I get sod-all spam.

PCMag seems to have changed it's policy since I downloaded this app a couple
of years back, and now it appears one must sign up to be able to download
from their collection.

Someone else here is apparently 'subscribed' to PCMag, and pointed out that
the file was there.

New Owner is certainly a handy app, but it's not really neccessary to use a
program to do this name change, providing that you don't mind accessing the
registry.

Go to Start\Run**, type in regedit, then do an Edit\Find for any instances
of the name to be changed. Each time you find one, right click the
highlighted file\key and select 'Modify'. Type in the new name, but before
you do anything else, copy the new name to clipboard - this avoids typing
the whole name again every time you find another instance - and there'll be
lots.

If you're in doubt about any particular key, don't change it. If it really
needs changing, you'll come across it again in Windows.

Hit enter to effect the change. Now hit F3 to bring up the next instance.
And so on.

**Just a thought - before you do all this registry fiddling, (in Win98), go
to Start\Run and type in scanregw. This will get a prompt asking you if you
want to do a new backup of the registry. Say yes. Then if you flub this
re-build, you can always reinstall the registry (which is easy but is a
whole new other story)

I've just done this name change thing, before sitting down to access my
mail, and I found and changed something like 15 instances of the old name.

Actually, I had to do it twice, as I missed some the first time, or rather
the registry 'find' application did - it isn't perfect (surprise, surprise!)
