Outlook has a lot of features that Outlook Express does not; such as: a calendar, "post-it" notes, etc. In reality, Outlook Express is more ideal for the home user. I wanted to put the full version of Outlook on my PC but changed my mind because my children also use my @home service (which uses Outlook Express) and I think it would be more confusing to them.
