Evidently it's a file of type ".htm" or ".html". When editing such a file,
Word presents it as if Word were a browser. The submenu under "Format"
contains a choice, "Text colors". Pick that and set the "hyperlink" and
"followed hyperlink" colors the same as that for "text". The links will
still be underlined, but their colors will be normal.
